Order which are not approved by us will not be taken in.

All recommendation given by us are just for reference, hence, we will not accept any disputes regarding getting the wrong sizes base on the recommendation we given. As all recommendation we given are either base on our supplier/manufacturer or our lovely customer as we are not able to cater to everyone sizes/cutting when giving helpful notes.

Order Status

Processing - Mean that you had successfully place your order,is waiting for payment to be verify.

Payment Verified - Payment had been receive/verified by HauteUrban

Order in Process - Order is place,waiting for it to arrive.

Item Sent - Order had arrive and sent out via the respective shipping option. Register and Courier Tracking no will be updated under your order.

Refund - Mean that your order is out of stock,will be refunding you.You can store the credit in your account for future use.

Boss Of Your Own

As we do not allow exchanging of sizes, we had come out with a platform for our customer to sell/trade their shoes. We will not be responsible for any disputes arises under BOYO site. Hence, we would appreciate that all seller and buyer are to be fair and honest in every transaction with one another. We will only accept items to be put up from our customer which the items is brought from us. Seller are to notify us once their item is sold out. Buyer/customer would have to contact the seller of the purchase through the email address given on the web for each different item/seller.

Return Mail Policy

All return mail had to be mail to us using register postage. In events where error of order is done at our side, we will bare full amount for the postage fees. Unless otherwise stated. Customer had to notify us within 5 working days from the day item is mail out for any return mail issue. Item had to be mail back to us within 7 days once HauteUrban agree.

We will not accept any reason for return mail after 7 days once HauteUrban agree with.
